Just a couple things to know for your appointment.
1. Please have the vehicle at the shop by 8am the day of the appointment unless you have made other arrangements with the office. 2. Please remove any and all items from the dash as well as the rearview mirror. If you have any aftermarket antennas by or on the windshield, we are not responsible for removal, re-installation, or cut wires if they are in the cut out area. 3. Windshield replacements take approx. 2-3 hours from the time that they start. If you need your vehicle by a certain time, please let the office know before the appointment. 4. Some withshields will have rust that needs to be remediated. If that is the case, you will be notified and there will be an extra labor charge. In some cases, the rust is too bad and we are unable to proceed with the work. If that happens, we will not know until the windshield has been removed. The vehicle will need to go to a body shop to get the work done. 5. The office closes at 4pm. If you will be later than that picking up the vehicle, please make arrangements for your keys in advance. If we have not heard from you, your keys will remain inside and the vehicle will need to be picked up the following day. Lockboxes are available for after hours pickup. 6. Payment is due at time of service. We can send you an email with a secure link for online payment, take a credit card over the phone, or you can pay when you drop it off. Once insurance deductibles are paid, you will still see a balance on the invoice you receive in the vehicle. That will be billed to the insurance company. Insurance referrals must be received before your appointment or you will be responsible for payment in full. Please call/message your insurance company prior to your appointment.
