Due to the overwhelming number of "no call/no shows", our cancellation policy has been updated. If you miss your appointment, and do not contact us within 24hours to reschedule, your windshiled will be returned. We will call you on the day of the appointment to attemp to reschedule. After that, it is your responsiblity to contact us. You will be charged a $50 fee to reschedule. If you keep that appointment, it will either be applied to payment due, or refunded if you do not have a payment due. If you miss that appointment as well, the deposit is non refundable.
ALL SNOW PLOWS AND EXTERNAL VISORS MUST BE REMOVED PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN EXTRA CHARGES OR RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
